Welcome to the ToysRushop FAQ. Below you will find answers to the most common questions we receive from our customers. If you do not see your question answered here, please contact our support team at info@toysrushop.com.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. ToysRushop currently ships only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. There is no minimum purchase amount or coupon code required.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned due to a quality issue such as a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For approved quality-related returns, ToysRushop provides a free prepaid return shipping label. You will not pay for return postage.
Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No. We never charge restocking fees on returned items.
Q: How quickly will I receive my refund?
A: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we process the refund within 1-2 business days. Your bank or card issuer may then take an additional 7-10 business days to show the refund in your account.
