30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests received after this period cannot be honored.
Eligibility Requirements
To be approved for a return, your item must satisfy all three conditions:
- Unused and in original, sellable condition
- Returned in its complete original packaging (including manuals, tags, and accessories)
- The reason for return is a verified quality issue (such as a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during shipping)
Non-Quality Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, or incompatibility.
Return Shipping Cost
For approved quality-related returns, ToysRushop provides a free prepaid return shipping label. You will not be charged for return postage.

No Restocking Fee
We never charge restocking fees on returned items.
Refund Processing
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 1-2 business days.
Refund Settlement
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
