Return and Refund Policy

Return Window
A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days starting from the date the package is delivered to the recipient. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused. No signs of wear, installation, or assembly are permitted.
  • The item must be in its original packaging. This includes the product box, inner padding, manuals, accessories, and any tags or labels.
  • The return must be due to a quality issue. Quality issues include manufacturing defects, missing parts at the time of opening, functional failures, or physical damage that occurred during shipping before delivery.

Non-Eligible Returns
Returns requested for the following reasons will not be accepted: change of mind, ordering the wrong product, finding a lower price elsewhere, or incompatibility with other products.

Return Shipping Cost
For returns that meet the quality issue criteria, a prepaid return shipping label is provided at no cost to the customer. The return label will be sent by email. The customer does not need to pay for postage or packaging materials.

Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is charged. The full amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding any promotional discounts already applied at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing Time
After the returned item is received at the address above, the return is inspected within 1 to 2 business days. Once the inspection is approved, the refund is processed on the same day.

Refund Settlement Time
The refund amount is sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase. After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in the customer’s account. The exact time depends on the bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
