Shipping Destinations
Orders are delivered only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, any U.S. territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the United States.
Order Processing Time
After an order is placed, the processing stage takes 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During this time, the order is reviewed, packed, and prepared for shipment. A confirmation email with tracking information is sent once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Delivery Time
After processing is complete, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high package volume may affect actual delivery time.
Shipping Cost
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. No minimum purchase amount is required. No promotional code is needed. There are no additional handling fees or fuel surcharges.
Carrier Selection
The carrier for each order is selected automatically based on the delivery address and package characteristics. Possible carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional or national logistics providers. Customers cannot choose a specific carrier for their order.
Tracking Information
A tracking number is provided via email after the order has been shipped. The tracking number can be used on the carrier’s official website to monitor the package location and estimated delivery date.
